The center provides one of the Lutheran Social Services’ nutrition sites that serve a meal and provide meals-on-wheels, Monday - Friday. A wide range of services from educational programs such as driver safety classes, to social and recreational activities such as card games, pool tournaments, and exercise classes such as Bone Builders are provided.

Services such as Second Harvest Heartland’s Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS) Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) and the Senior Law Project of St. Cloud Area Legal Services are also offered.

The senior center opened their doors in August of 1984 and funding sources for the center include the City of Little Falls, donations from various organizations and individuals, and the hard-working volunteers from Senior Citizens, Inc.; who have operated the senior center since April 1989. There are many volunteer opportunities available at the senior center. We would love to have you join us.

The greater Little Falls community has offered their help by supporting the senior center’s fund-raisers such as Thursday morning donut sales, 7:00 a.m. until sold out; first Sunday of the month pancake breakfasts, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon; yearly anniversary celebrations, raffles, garage sales, and bargain bin sales. People of all ages are invited and encouraged to attend the special events.

If you are 55 years or better, you may become a member of the Little Falls Senior Center for one year at a cost of $10.00. Membership provides voting rights, right to hold office, and senior center activities including card-playing, pool-playing, exercise classes, etc. Board of directors’ meeting is once a month.
